END OF THE YEAR
Second semester finals are coming up. Finals will begin on Monday, May 18 for blocks 1, 2 and 3. Finals on Tuesday, May 19 will be blocks 5, 6 and 7. May 18 and 19 are noon dismissals. Blocks 4 and 8 finals are on Wednesday, May 20. Following finals will be an All-School Mass. Students will be dismissed for summer break after Mass.
All fees must be paid in order to take finals. Seniors may be exempt from finals with an “A” grade in the class, as well as teacher permission. Senior exemption forms are available in the front office and are due May 7 at 3:30 p.m. Forms must be signed by a parent or guardian.
The Baccalaureate Mass and Convocation will be on Thursday, May 14 at the Church of the Magdalen at 9:30 a.m. The graduation ceremony will be held Sunday, May 17 at Heartland Credit Union Arena at 1:30 p.m. Senior packet pickup will begin June 1.
PERFORMANCES
The band will perform its spring concert on Wednesday, May 6 in the auditorium at 7 p.m. Souvenir and the art showcase will take place on Saturday, May 9 in the auditorium at 7 p.m. The musical performance features seniors and other students involved in the fine arts department. Admission is free.
HOTY RESULTS
Therese of Lisieux won the 2025-2026 House of the Year Competition with 392 points. Catherine of Siena came in second place with 351 points and Ignatius of Loyola came in third place with 338 points.
PULL TAB DRIVE RESULTS
The pull tab drive ended on April 17. As a school, 229.3 pounds of pull tabs were raised. Catherine of Siena won with 41.6 pounds.
